TelAlert delivers urgent, actionable alerts from back office IT systems (helpdesk, field service, and network/systems management applications) to mobile devices, providing mobile staff with time-sensitive information. NSAi offers two courses on Vytek TelAlert. The Vytek TelAlert Fundamentals and Advanced Administration course covers installing TelAlert, using voice messages and two-way pagers, administration tasks to help manage alerts remotely, configuring TelAlert, security, and event management.
