As the technical lead in Colorado Springs Utilites IT Services for enterprise system management applications, I was the primary contact for NSAi staff that conducted the HP OpenView for UNIX upgrade project, and I’m pleased to announce the project’s successful completion.

NSAi did a very professional job of system engineering (Lance Stange) and project management (Alex Spencer). NSAi is the third, and by far the most competent, OpenView system integrator we’ve worked with. The preliminary efforts to assess our needs and specify project requirements were time well spent and contributed to the project’s success.

Other than the usual snags experienced in any complex IT project, the only shortcomings were attributable to my inability to clearly define project requirements from the customer’s perspective. That’s an area for which the system integrator can’t be held responsible. And it’s an area for which I won’t be as unprepared in the future.

Without reservations, I’d recommend NSAi to any OpenView customer that needs a helping hand to get more out of an underutilized implementation. And I’d recommend NSAi for follow-on work at CSU IT Services to enhance our ESM processes and procedures.

We have had a working relationship over the last 7 years. Your company was the
subcontractor on GovWorks very successful telecommuting solution for the Department
of the Interior. In my role as the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), I normally
do not record the performance of subcontractors for government contracts. Upon my
departure from DO I, I left notes for the COR who is servicing the contract, to report on
the governments Past Performance Reporting System (PPRS), “NSAi was one reason the
contract was such a success”.

I found it refreshing to work with you and your employees. The “CAN DO” attitude is
one rarely found in contractors to the government. Plus the knowledge and maturity
displayed would make one suspect they were dealing with a much larger corporation. I
knew that 24 hours a day and 7 days a week your people were there to support our needs
and mission. Thank you for a job well done.

As a Data Base Administrator for Questar InfoComm, I was involved in a project to move our HP OpenView environment from an older server to a new Windows 2000 server. Our old environment was not configured correctly, therefore producing hundreds of errors on a daily basis. NSAi was contracted to install and configure HP OpenView on our new server. NSAi did a very professional job in the time frame that was acceptable to both parties. Alex Ramsey not only completed the installation and configuration tasks, she was also able to train our team who had little or no experience with HP OpenView. Alex also produced exceptional documentation which will aid us with future configurations.

I would highly recommend NSAi and especially Alex to any OpenView customer that needs assistance. Alex is very knowledgeable and experienced with HP OpenView and a pleasure to work with.

NSAi provided program management services reporting to me at HP as part of the Transition Program Office for a very large IT outsourcing program from November 2006 – December 2007. NSAi was an invaluable resource during the transition project managing several projects related to infrastructure outsourcing, software development, and policies and procedures. NSAi’s technical skills combined with their project management skills made them a tremendous resource. NSAi’s ability to jump in and go beyond the call of duty is astounding. NSAi’s project managing skills are extremely effective. I would highly recommend NSAi for a PM position and look forward to working with NSAi again if I have the opportunity.
